Refunds and returns

Version dated 30 October 2026. This page summarises the conditions of sale. Online shipping is limited to Italy; purchases are made through the Italian website.

Change of mind

Consumers may notify withdrawal within 14 days of receipt unless a specific statutory exclusion applies. Email info@aziendalamagia.it clearly stating your wish to withdraw and identifying the purchase. An email does not need confirmation by registered letter. Return goods within 14 days of notification. Direct change-of-mind return costs are yours unless the seller offers otherwise. Return address: Barin Anna Maria – Azienda Agricola La Màgia, Via Grossetana 1, 58036 Sticciano Scalo (GR), Italy.

Refund and exceptions

Refunds are made within 14 days of notification using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. They may be withheld until the goods arrive or evidence of dispatch is supplied, whichever is earlier. The sales terms explain standard delivery refunds and diminished value. Withdrawal does not apply to rapidly deteriorating or expiring products or, in the legally specified cases, sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. This is not an automatic exclusion for all food.

Broken, incorrect or defective goods

Contact info@aziendalamagia.it or +39 379 127 0440 as soon as you identify a problem. Include the order number, product and batch if available. Photos of the goods and packaging are helpful where possible. Prompt reports assist checks without limiting statutory rights or periods. Statutory remedies for non-conformity are free to consumers. For safety, do not consume damaged or suspect food and contact us before returning it. This does not restrict withdrawal where it applies.

Changing or cancelling before dispatch

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; we will check whether preparation can still be changed. Statutory rights, including withdrawal where applicable, remain unaffected.
