Our farm

We are a family that has been passionately cultivating fruits and vegetables in the heart of Maremma Tuscany area for 40 years.

From being wholesale fruit and vegetable merchants, we have also become producers by acquiring a 30-hectare farm in 1980.

Since then, we have established orchards and vineyards and cultivated our products both in open fields and greenhouses.

Currently, we have also become artisanal producers of jams, preserves, and pickles in oil.

We directly transform our own fresh fruits and vegetables in the lab we have created inside our company building which allows us to process freshly harvested raw materials by maintaining their freshness and flavors and by directly controlling the processing cycle.

We produce over 30 different types of products, including jams, fruit preserves, vegetables in oil, sauces, and preserves, as well as wine and extra virgin olive oil.

We believe that the quality of the raw materials used to produce our products should come first and foremost. We do not use preservatives or additives, but rely on simple, artisanal processing methods, using traditional Tuscan cooking techniques.

"We process the fruits and vegetables from our farm to preserve the tradition of Tuscan Maremma and share with you the flavors we've savored since childhood. Our grandmothers used to make us artichokes in oil during May, jams in June, tomato preserves in September, and sweet and sour vegetable giardiniera in winter and spring, using seasonal vegetables from our home garden."

How we processed our products

We use top-quality plant-ripened fruits and vegetables produced directly on our farm to create our products. Our artisanal processing lab ensures that our products maintain their freshness and authenticity by immediately processing freshly harvested raw materials.

We carefully wash, peel, and hand-cut fruits and vegetables according to the recipe of the product we're making. Our products contain no preservatives or additives.

Our jams are naturally thickened at low temperatures without any added pectin or thickeners. We use 115 to 130 grams of fruit per 100 grams of extra jam, and our slow cooking process preserves the natural flavor and vitamin content of the fruit. This results in a more intense color and slightly varied density, setting our jams apart as artisanal products rather than mass-produced ones.

Our vegetables in oil, sauces, creams, and trifolates are prepared by using only our own extra virgin olive oil, which gives them a unique taste.

Our products are handmade and produced using simple ingredients while remaining consistent with our family's traditional recipes. We've added some creative twists to offer our customers a taste of genuine, flavorful dishes and keep our culinary heritage alive.

Our Vineyards

We cultivate Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Vermentino, and Viognier grapes on our vineyards, which cover approximately 3 hectares. Our focus on producing small quantities of wine enables us to ensure a high level of quality by giving attention to every stage of the process, from vineyard work to cellar work.

We prioritize quality over quantity and respect the land that gives us genuine products every day. We carefully select grapes from the vineyard to achieve low yields per hectare and produce sought- after wines with the DOC Maremma Toscana designation.

Our three bottled wine varieties are a testament to our commitment to producing exceptional wines from our cherished lands.

In addition to bottled wines, we also offer high-quality bag-in-box options in 5, 10, and 20-liter sizes
